Eli Stone proved to be a success after just airing a few episodes and the show has seen just one season yet. The whole season got wonderful ratings contrary to the previous speculations that show has a common story and it won’t tease anybody’s mind as a comedy. Waiting For That day is the best episode of the season as it got the maximum ratings 9.7. This is the second last episode and picked up the storyline from a previous episode of the same season. In this episode, Eli had a hallucination that an earthquake is going to strike in San Francisco. After this, to save hundreds of people’s lives, he compels the owner of the area to evict people from their homes. For doing this he even bribes the judge.

In the episode Waiting…….his delusions tell him that this time earthquake will strike Golden Gate Bridge. He warns the concerned people about tit but nobody believes him. Later on he meets scientist, Daniel Foote, who also predicts an earthquake in upcoming hours. So he joins Eli in his protest and both sue the San Francisco administration for not shutting down the Golden Gate Bridge to prevent any harm due to earthquake.

This was the most entertaining episode of the season, in fact this is the one which forced me to laugh hard. Actually the show gathered the huge popularity due to kicking a controversy in the very beginning of the show. The first episode Faith shows that Eli’s first love and ex-girl friend from college comes again in his life, but this time with the problem of his son. She believes that the childhood vaccination meant for prevention from disastrous diseases has caused his son autism. Now she wants to sue the pharmaceutical company. This incident kicked off the controversies in real. The pharmaceutical companies who produce these drugs displayed their agitation towards the plot line of the episode, as many people started believing that these drugs are really mercury infected and are harmful for their children. These rumors ruled the newspapers and magazines for long time.

If you are also indulged intensely in the thinking process that whether Eli is alive or dead, or if Nathan is going to remove his life support system because there are no chances ever of his survival or he is doing so because he has recovered and doesn’t need it anymore, then your search for answers is not far away. The second season is on the way to hit our screens. The first episode of upcoming season will be The Path and it will air on October 14, 2008. I know there is around two month’s time ahead yet. But a good show deserves this long wait.

Till then we can enjoy the first season and laugh with the episodes here. I laughed at every that moment wherever Eli had any delusion. Most rocking episode was where Eli sings a song of George Michael in the courtroom while he is in his world of hallucinations. It is also discovered that Jordon to is a huge fan of George Michael. The funniest scene came in the season finale episode, good enough to break out lolz. In this scene Eli is unconscious after surgery for his brain disease and he arrives in heaven and meets God, and guess how God looks like. No guesses I think. Well as per Eli’s imagination God looks like George Michael, his favorite singer. Let’s see now if in the coming season, how God will appear to Jordon, if unfortunately he died. Kidding, off course.

I am relieved that the show is coming back because I was sad with the rumors that the show might get cancelled and won’t come back. But thanks to the creators that they made up to it’s reappearance. Now I just hope that it will be filled with more laughter. Nonetheless, I hope that this time the show will be quirky and different. I can imagine the show as funnier with the thought that what if Eli awakens after surgery suddenly and feels that his brain is healthy now and won’t make him have hallucinations. But later he will find that now the delusions are happening at the greater degree and this time delusions about others. Remember That’s So raven Show on Disney.

Are you guys too missing Eli Stone like me? Well I am happy with the news of it’s come back in October and ABC has also announced the date of come back as October 14, 2008. You know when the show first aired on January 31st, I was not aware of any such show on silver screen, but when I red about it’s controversies in magazines and newspapers after very first episode, then I decided to watch it. I started watching it from the third episode Father’s Figure, where Eli was having delusions of World War II and his fiancé was the leading the war. On the other hand he and his brother Nathan were in attempt to tamper Eli’s medical records to conceal his brain problem from his fiancé and boss.

The episode was pretty funny and from then I started watching it regularly. The most adorable episode was Waiting For That Day, where Eli’s prediction about earthquake comes true, and s scientist supports his verdicts. This is a cool show undoubtedly and why not when it started generating controversies after very beginning. A very few shows make such impact. This proves that how intensely people watch the TV shows and these shows are their authentic sources to mentor their view points and opinions.

You know, I was upset that I have missed, it’s initial two episodes, and when I started searching and ended up with only reviews, I had given up the hope that I would be able to watch those episodes until the new season premiers. I thought only after that these videos will be available on websites. But luckily I reached this site and got a pleasant surprise with the full season there to download. It didn’t take more than a few minutes to download every episode, and there were no ads to disrupt. The picture and sound quality too is exceptionally good. I really enjoyed watching those episodes here. Thanks to these guys for providing, non-stop entertainment without much effort.

A few days back there was a buzz that Katie Holmes will join Eli Stone gang. Now another buzz is that Eli stone is gonna get a new therapist to fix his problems. So this is clear now that we won’t miss the fun with Eli’s hallucinations. Sigourney Weaver will be the new therapist for Eli. I hope she will definitely add something wonderful to the show, as she is an established actress. She is most popular for her role in Alien and it’s three sequels. She has played Ellen Ripley in that and was nominated for Best Actress Academy Award for this role. She has recently worked in Baby Mama and she has lent her voice too for Wall-E as computer’s voice and in The Tale of Despereaux as narrator,

Other optimistic news is that Eli is still alive perhaps, as I can’t say about if the therapist would treat him while he is in coma or he is absolutely conscious and is on work. May be he has recovered from the surgery and his delusions are still on. See as I guessed in my previous blogs. My guess work is just perfect. Just Kidding.

But this is the only way to make the series more interesting and thank God that Creators have followed it. if they have had removed the main fun factor of the show, then it was impossible to survive the show on screen, as once due to Autism controversy it was already is on the brink of closure. Obviously the show will remain a hit until Eli will continue with his hallucinations. Yes this can be made more interesting with a little alteration that this time Eli should prophet about other people’s future as well. Means he can warn a person that don’t go ahead otherwise you will fall off in a gutter, or don’t go to night club today, as you will be in trouble today. Then he will become a complete psychic. They can also add some exceptions to it to make it different from other similar kind of psychic storylines. Let’s see what they bring out.
